I would like to thank yourself and Lancaster for the superior installation of our new Carrier furnace and air conditioner.  I was very impressed by the workmanship of the tradesman.  The attitude towards the installation gave me a good feeling that Lancaster was the correct choice.  Having worked in the industry as a maintenance and resource planner, it was refreshing to see and listen to these young men performing their craft.  They were knowledgeable and keen on the job.  The scheduling was on time as promised.  They explained the operation of the system and ensured any questions were answered, leaving me with no doubt that Lancaster was the proper choice.  Thanks for making it a pleasant experience!

Lancaster did a terrific job in removing our old furnace, and installing a new one.  Their work was great: they worked very efficiently and left our home spotless.  We were very impressed with Cassandra as she presented the options available to us, and answered all our questions about the installation, and how it would “fit in” to the existing ductwork and piping.  The workmen also took great care in making sure that any changes were explained carefully.  Extremely pleased!!  Highly recommend the company!!

I selected Lancaster due to recommendations from friends that were very pleased with the installation of their furnace and air conditioner.  My choice was correct as the workmanship and attention to detail by the installers were excellent.  Two crews were dispatched for this install and they completed the work and the cleanup in one day.  The crew were congenial and answered my many questions without hesitation.  I secured three quotes for this job and Lancaster were very competitive in price.

We moved to a new home which required a new high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater. Originally we were had already decided on a company for the job, but when we sought a second quote and opinion on the job.  Cassandra convinced us to go with Lancaster.  We are so happy we did. Everything she promised in terms of service and installation was carried out.  We added a new A/C and so with such a large installation, relocating the furnace and water heater and our steep lot, it took 3 days. Mike and his crew were professional and efficient…they even disconnect and removed an old gas heating unit at no additional cost.  Cassandra completed all of the necessary paperwork for the eligible grants which saved us a lot of hassle.  The installation was perfect and the cleanup as well.  Every detail was looked after.  Thank you Cassandra for your diligence and follow-up.  We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will definitely recommend your company to our friends and acquaintances.

Needed a new AC Unit.  Lancaster sent out a consultant within 24 hours and installation took place within a week.  Sales staff was knowledgeable and informative; installation crew was polite, efficient & neat!!  AC works wonderfully.  Thanks to Cassandra, Jonas, Mike and the crew.

Just had A/C and Furnace installed by Lancaster Heating and Cooling.  Great crew – timely, very efficient and so professional!  Certainly know their stuff!  Fantastic clean-up at the end of the job!  Thanks guys! Cassandra….. thank you too!

Boiler had been giving me trouble and then quit. To make it worse, we use the boiler to heat our domestic hot water too, so no heat and no hot water. Couldn’t reach the boiler installer so after the great experience we had with Lancaster installing our AC, I called them to see if they could help with the boiler. Lancaster sent a tech immediately to check on us. Methodical trouble shooting and direct discussion with the manufacturer to confirm repair steps. Very friendly and attentive service. Excellent communication.

Nice work. I want to thank Cassandra the salesperson for the way she handled herself with my elderly Mother. I was unable to be at the meeting to help my Mom, but have learned how patient and kind she was, and did not take advantage of the situation. The price was fair and the installation of the new Carrier unit was clean and neat- not a botch job (which seems like the norm today, unfortunately). Thanks again on behalf of my Mom and myself.

During the heat wave, our old AC broke down.  We called Lancaster and installed a new Carrier unit.  Nice neat work, the men were prompt and efficient.  We did have a small problem later but when we called they came out within 2 hours to fix us back up.

Lancaster is one company that you will want to remember when you are in need of a new furnace and air conditioning.  We had Richard come over to set up the job requirements.  Everything was explained and even the little extras that I wanted done on top of the job such as ductwork were no problem at all.  Jonas and Mike arrived and installed the furnace and air along with the ductwork.  This was a two day job.  At the end of the first day, everything was tidied up and the same after the job was complete. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that the installers displayed.  And even when I had a question it was explained fully.  A real pleasure to have Jonas and Mike install the system. Lancaster is a top notch company to consider when deciding on a heating and cooling system.  They are very punctual, clean professionals who set the standard in Pride of Workmanship.

Everything is great!  I want to thank you, your installers and Lancaster for the professionalism and speed at which this job was undertaken and completed.  It is much appreciated to all involved, thanks again.

Just to let you know that we are very happy and satisfied with the job you did for us.  Your guys were wonderful.  The work is neat and tidy and they cleaned up after themselves, something not many contractors do!  They explained humidity ranges to us and the effect of the cold weather, something we didn’t know, so all is well.  Looking forward to working with you on the next project.

I wanted to inform you of the EXCELLENT work done by Mike (and his helpers) in installing a new Furnace and air conditioner.  Mike was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and went out of his way to provide us with EXCELLENT service and hopefully an excellent product.

I wanted to write a testimonial but couldn’t seem to work out the Google account so I am doing it this way. I just wanted to thank all the people at Lancaster who helped me with my damaged heat pump. It was damaged because some punks broke into the transformer outside my condo to steal copper . At first the technicians could not figure out what was wrong but they kept looking.  At the same time they had to deal with the concerns of a stressed out 83 year old. They were very patient and very kind. Both Mike and Rob kept in frequent contact and made sure that when the pump wasn’t working I had enough sources of heat. Thanks to everyone at Lancaster.  You go above and beyond.
