Lancaster Heating and Cooling replaced our Central Air unit in May 2024. Cassandra was great in showing us different options that were available to us. She answered all emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. The installers were great to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent price compared to other quotes I received.

I recently worked with this company to install a heat pump and humidifier. I need to say Cassandra did an amazing job with explaining all the details, giving the best price and offering the right products. Team was quick to come and install and installers were very professional and did great work.

Incredible customer support!!! Was on the phone with a large competitor for over an hour passed onto 3 different dept’s. While on hold I called Lancaster for an AC issue and they called me back in under 5 minutes and then Daniel (amazing) showed up within an hour. Service call completed and we are up and running. This company is a winner.

I got my Water heater and the Furnace replaced by Lancaster last year and the experience was amazing. Last month, suddenly my AC Unit broke down. I called Richard and he responded immediately. I want to say ‘thank you’ to Lancaster for fixing a new AC unit within a very short period. The price was great, and the two techs came to install the unit were very professional and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. I’m not hesitant to recommend these people to anyone.

We recently had a new Trane furnace installed. The installers worked efficiently and professionally. The installation was well executed and deficiencies with the old system were corrected and cleaned up. The work area was left in good and clean condition. A job well done.
