Yes. We have our own sheet metal fabrication shop, so we design, build and install [custom ductwork](https://lancasterheatingandcooling.ca/ductwork/fabrication/) and sheet metal for new builds, renovations and tenant fit-outs without waiting on an outside supplier. You can keep running and servicing existing equipment, but supply rules are tightening. In Ontario, refrigerants must be handled by certified technicians. Older units using R-22 can only be serviced with recovered or reclaimed refrigerant, which makes major repairs costly. New equipment is moving to lower global warming refrigerants, which our technicians are trained to handle. We provide the paperwork businesses and property managers ask for on commercial work, including certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance.
