Brian did the fall maintenance on our furnace today. He was fast, tidy and very thorough. He even completed a CO inspection on the exhaust. Very pleased with his work.

We recently had a new Trane furnace installed. The installers worked efficiently and professionally. The installation was well executed and deficiencies with the old system were corrected and cleaned up. The work area was left in good and clean condition. A job well done.

The sales and service installation were top notch. I got a new Trane furnace/humidifier with a new thermostat and air conditioner along with a secondary air conditioner installed upstairs. The technicians did a clean installation and explained everything about the new system.

We just got our new furnace and heat pump as well as our new water heater installed by Lancaster. The sales person with whom we were first in touch, Bryce, was very professional: he listened to us, he wasn't pushy, and he responded to all our many questions appropriately showing a good subject matter knowledge and very good people's skills. Then the installation of the excellent equipment that we chose was done in an outstanding manner. The technicians Wes and Andrew and their partners Austin, Matt, and Joe were very efficient, precise, proactive and courteous in the work they did. They discussed with us any adjustments to the original plans. The solutions to presenting issues they proposed were very well thought through; it was evident that they were highly knowledgeable about the work they were doing while they always kept our best interest and the respect of codes and regulations at the forefront. Thank you very much for this excellent piece of work, I am sure this will make our home so much more comfortable for years to come.

From start to finish, Lancaster was amazing to work with—from the first onsite with Kevin to the installation with his team. Kevin was available for all of our questions, and Matt, who took the lead during installation, was fantastic. The whole crew worked seamlessly together to install both the 15-ton and 20-ton units. They took the time to address all of our issues and concerns, and came up with a great working plan to ensure both of our facilities will be well taken care of. We would highly recommend Lancaster to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond.

Incredible customer support!!! Was on the phone with a large competitor for over an hour passed onto 3 different dept's. While on hold I called Lancaster for an AC issue and they called me back in under 5 minutes and then Daniel (amazing) showed up within an hour. Service call completed and we are up and running. This company is a winner.

Lancaster Heating and Cooling replaced our Central Air unit in May 2024. Cassandra was great in showing us different options that were available to us. She answered all emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. The installers were great to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent price compared to other quotes I received.

Ontime and detailed service of furnace and gas fireplace. Knowledgeable technician who was courteous and tidy. Couple of issues beyond their control which may or may not require further response but all well explained and left with info to be able to see if follow-up is needed. No attempt to push more than requested service.

Our air conditioner died in the middle of a heat wave. We called Lancaster and were told they could have a service tech out that same day. And as promised, the tech... Jason... showed up within a few hours. Since the unit was fairly old, we thought it might be beyond repair and that we might need to buy a new one. But he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, which he replaced. We were back up and cooling in no time. Very impressed with the quick service and friendly, knowledgeable service tech. Would highly recommend.

I got my Water heater and the Furnace replaced by Lancaster last year and the experience was amazing. Last month, suddenly my AC Unit broke down. I called Richard and he responded immediately. I want to say 'thank you' to Lancaster for fixing a new AC unit within a very short period. The price was great, and the two techs came to install the unit were very professional and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. I'm not hesitant to recommend these people to anyone.

Both the advisor and the installation crew were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They did a very neat installation job of my heat pump and tankless water heater. I'm very happy with all aspects of their service.
